The unlock key

After purchase you will receive an email containing a temporary unlock key. We will send you the final key as soon as your payment details are verified. Please check the 'Junk/Spam' folder if you don't receive the email in 2 hours. The email will be there! Please note that some orders will be manually reviews (proof of identity may be requested also). In this case, the key may not arrive until the verification process is over. Support

No support is included in the license. If you need support to install and setup the program you will have to purchase support as a separate package/option!

When you contact us, an automatic filter will delete all email that don't contain valid support identification (details about how to obtain this identification will be sent via email when you purchase the 'Support' package).

What we support: We will help you to set up the program for your specific needs. You must provide the address of the web site on which you want to generate traffic and working proxies. We may withhold from providing support if this will contravene with some rules or legislation. To clarify, the support consists in helping you settings up the program and not into generating the traffic for you or monitoring the counters. Customers that purchase a license and support will receive the future upgrades for free!

Credit card verification

In some cases (when there is discrepancy between your physical address and your IP) we may request a scan of your credit card (for security reasons please hide the first 12 digits). When necessary you will be contacted via phone/email.

You can avoid waiting for the credit card verification process in two ways:

• When placing your order use your web site's (if you have one) email address (for example, use YourName@YourDomain.com instead of an anonymous Yahoo or Google email).
• Scan and send your credit card to us without waiting for us to request this thing. The sooner your card is verified, the sooner you can use the software.

You can use a scanner but also a smart phone. But in the second case please make sure the resolution of the photo is high enough and the image is not 'shaken'. Rest the phone on an object in order to keep is steady.

We may also request proof that you are only using the software in a legitimate way, on website that are yours.

Refund policy
