Stormy CMS

A static site generator that doesn't ask you to install a language.

Write content. Pick a template. Hit build. Deploy.

Most static site generators want you to install Node, Ruby, or Python first. Stormy CMS is a single Windows executable that takes Markdown or HTML content, applies a template, and writes a deploy-ready folder of HTML, CSS, and assets. No language runtime, no package manager, no npm install.

What it does

Stormy CMS reads a content folder (one file per page, in Markdown or raw HTML), applies a template you've chosen, and writes a complete static site to an output folder. Drag the output to your FTP, S3, or Hostinger and you're done. No build server, no CI pipeline, no Node-modules nightmare.

How it works

  1. Write content as plain Markdown or HTML in a content folder
  2. Pick a template (or write your own — templates are plain HTML with placeholder tags)
  3. Hit Build. Stormy renders every page, applies the template, copies assets
  4. Upload the output folder to any web host
